Do RV amiibo card villagers appear in NH islands?

Specifically does Vivian appear in Dodo islands? She's been a dreamie of mine since "NL days," but I never considered the possibility of actually obtaining her due to the price of her card.
However I read a random post recently that suggested she is in NH's pools and I'm just curious! Thanks all <3

I scanned in a villager to my campsite this morning using an RV card just to get a DIY Recipe

I got Norma who is an RV Welcome Amiibo villager as well as Boyd.
I've also seen Stu.

I haven't seen Vivian specifically but then I haven't been on too many tours. I think it's all random though some people claim that certain villagers tend to appear more often than others.

Vivian is in the game!! I saw her on my friend's island and fell in love with her.

Yup!! you can use their amiibo card or find them on mystery islands etc.

I found Hornsby on a mystery island, and I don't have his amiibo. The RV villagers don't seem to be locked to amiibo anymore.
