Yeah, though I've seen it sell at 12k too. I would have to buy one, and TT. I offer an amount, and I'm always willing to go lower if the person asks. Plus its kind of rare. I've only seen the frame once in a blue moon in my museum. I'm not good at pricing, thats why I go high and work down from there.
