I am for progression and spending money to make money. I couldn't care less if the rich are taxed to death, they have enough money already. I don't want to bring abortion into this because it's a touchy subject, but I believe it should be allowed for the first early weeks of pregnancy. I'm for protecting the environment.

Th people in the lower tax brackets make up most of the population. They shouldn't be taxed much, because if they were they couldn't buy stuff. This, unfortunately, is a very consumerism based economy, which requires constant spending to be successful.

What about all the people who worked harder when they were younger so they could make it through school and get a good paying job? Why do they get punished when the people who didn't take school seriously get it off easy? How is giving the poor a lower tax going to teach them how their lesson about the importance of knowledge?

Spending money to make money? Haha! So the trillion dollar debt we're in means nothing. Right? And I agree with the tax rate, because if everyone is taxed the same, someone might lose. But still, spending money to make money does not work. And that didn't answer his question...

The country's deficit is my biggest economic concern, because it's what I'll inherit. However, Democrats fit my values much more than republicans for most subjects.

Then don't say Democrat, just say Independent. That means you can chose your ideas instead of having them laid out in front of you like being a republican or a democrat. I'm an Independent more than Conservative... I don't always agree with Conservative...

Minnesota allows a split ticket, however, many states don't. When I move to another state, I'll probably have to affiliate with a party.

yes I agree too.. its so hard to pay the morgage nowadays.. always late with 2 payments
layoffs etc..

the governmet needs to help the middle class becuase we make up the majority of the usa's economy
