Curious about the perfect town status message?

I got a perfect town by accident a few days ago, and havent changed anything other than the Ordinance. I changed it from beautiful town to early bird (My dog keeps waking me up at 7 in the fricking morning xD) and now I get a different message... (The status changed before I changed the ordinance I believe, although I may be wrong)

Anyway... the status went from this:
"Why, it's amazing, and I truly mean that! This town is simply the best!" "They've clearly worked very hard! This old man is really pleased!" The survey also says the citizens feel Isabella is the best town ever! They never want to leave! Let's both do our best to ensure that Isabella is always a clean, happy place to live!

To this:
"Woohoo! What a glorious town! Pave wants to just sprawl out right here and caress the ground..." "Viva Isabella!" The survey also says the citizens feel Isabella is the best town ever! They never want to leave! Let's both do our best to ensure that Isabella is always a clean, happy place to live!

Are these both "Perfect Town" messages or is the first one the perfect one, and the second one the "Decent" town message? I am very confused, and paranoid that I did something wrong, because if I did change anything, I have no idea where. I don't feel like having the two weeks start over again and again... I want my golden watering can! D:

To get a perfect town you need a lot of flowers, trees, and I think it?s at least 10 Public work projects, I got a perfect town, and yesterday I got my first Jacobs ladder :3

and yes you do have a perfect town. The last message means that it?s perfect, in fact I think they both mean that it?s perfect.

I think that as long as it says "best" somewhere in it, then it's indicating that you still have a perfect town.

I got my first Jacob's Ladder yesterday, too. I had no idea where it came from.

The NPC characters are the ones that are rating the town. The first one is Phineas (pay attention when you are getting a badge and he always says "it does this old man" somewhere in the conversation). The second one is obviously Pave (Festivale). I think it is really neat. Yes, they are both perfect town messages.

I've had the beautiful town ordinance from the start, and I got the one from Phineas and from Pave. I got them on separate weeks, so I wonder if it changes out as a means to let you know how far you have progressed to your 15 days straight?

I have a question about maintaining the town perfect for 15 days straight.

I have had it happen that I started my day with a Perfect message, but then lost it during the same day (left some stuff on the ground) and then got Perfect back, still in that same day.

Does this affect my 15 days?

I got the Pave message. Now I just needed to decide which town hall renovation to do.

Ok, now mine has changed to Nat's (at least, I think it is Nat's...is he the one that uses the phrase "old bean"). I wonder if it changes out every week for variety.
