But I'd like to see the alternative colors though, the two bunnies who look similiar were a fun idea imo.

Honestly considering that we have different colour variants on different islands for furniture, I don't see why we can't have villagers with different colour schemes in New Horizons. But if we did, just imagine how crazy the villager market would get for a pink Marshal or something. Or a red velvet Merengue.
