I've always just done all of the tasks for coupons each day, so I've accumulated a bunch. If you need them right away, just keep TT'ing to the next day and do whatever coupon tasks are easy to do quickly. I don't think there's another way to earn coupons other than doing the tasks for them. Although I believe if you create a whole new character, they get a few for free, plus they won't have ordered anything yet that day, so they get the full three orders. Also, if you have more than one character, check all of their tasks on each day you TT to.
