No worries. When Porter says something isn't working, it's usually because someone else is either leaving or arriving at the town you're trying to visit.
 
Yeah, it's a little vague. I suppose because Porter might need that message when you can't visit for other reasons, too. But whenever I've seen that message, it's because I've been trying to get into a town that's open for lots of people at once, so there's a lot of traffic of people coming and going.

Anyway, would anyone else like to visit Kicks's RV?
