I was able to earn dust from the Haunt of Conversation a few times early this morning (~9:30AM EDT), but since then I've only gotten dust from a couple profile posts, around late noon and just a few minutes ago. ;;
It'll be bedtime for me soon so hopefully I'll be free from cooldown heck by tomorrow morning.
