Can't change my username?

Alright, hello everyone, I haven't been on the forums legibly for about 4months now, so It's all kinda new for me again, so i go to change my name and it sayz
"You are not allowed to request a name change.
Error Code: 30010:561"

How do I fix this? or do I have to wait awhile and keep posting?

You could ask Storm and He MIGHT do it but I dont know...

Anyways, I asked Storm and he said that they disabled the feature and they might bring it back.
