Can you change a villager's wallpaper and flooring?

I've googled this, but the results were inconclusive, and on other forums. Can any TBT forum member confirm, for sure, 100% if they've successfully convinced a villager to change their wallpaper or floor? Was it by mailing, selling, etc?

I'd love to change Fauna's whole house over, it could be a lot woodsier in my opinion XD

The funny thing is, sometimes they ask to buy the wallpaper or carpet you're carrying. I won't sell them my shirts or other random junk unless it's something I want in their house, but I'll sell my wallpaper and carpet because I know I'll never see it. LOL

well, you can change their floorings wallpapers. but its only by hack

On a relevant note, yeah, there's no legitimate method of changing their wallpaper or carpets in this version, unlike in previous titles. All the furniture can still be swapped around though.

Anyone who has changed their villager's wallpaper and flooring is most definitely in Hack Club. It's not possible otherwise, unfortunately. I wish it was; some of the villager's decor skills are very, very lacking.

I wish you could, since some villager's choices are rather... poor, to say the least, lol. They mix up ugly wallpaper and flooring with nice furniture, who does that?
