Caffeine

Nope. I drink coffee occasionally if I am really tired in the morning but other than that I try to avoid a lot of caffeinated drinks. I do drink tea 1-3 times a day though but there isn't really enough caffeine in it that I feel bad if I don't have tea.
 
Diet sodas are better. Thats what I drink.

Actually, diet sodas are much worse for you. There is no sugar in them, yes, but they put in loads of artificial sweetener to replace it, which is even worse than sugar. Why do you think they taste so sweet?

They don't taste that sweet to me. Regulars taste sweeter.
 
I hadn't had a large dose of caffeine in a while... that changed the last to days it somehow just focuses me :-p I had a project due today that I just wized through.
 
I don't really enjoy hot coffee, just iced lattes and frappes. But I hardly drink soda. I usually drink milk everyday.
 
It's tea that I drink. Although I don't actually need it, it helps in the morning to have a bit of flavor :). I think that coffee is concentrated bitter. Blech.
