Deaf or Hard of Hearing

I get it at night and I have found out for my a self. Sometimes it's stress related

Not me personally, but it's low-key hard for my dad to hear sometimes, it's because of some loud noise that happened in his life long ago, I forgot how I was told it happened.

He doesn't need to use a hearing aid.
