I had only done a few rounds each in the first two and just one for the stamp in August. Today I did a bunch, so completed the set of prizes. Hope I can eventually get all the spider colors.

I couldn't participate, since I had to get rid of like 98% of my flowers, since I had to raise the "height" of my island... And I spent pretty much all day doing that, and working on the river, and the make-shift town plaza based off of the plaza from New Leaf.
I do hope everyone who did participate had a great time though.

I played literally just the free round because I didn't realise how close I was to the gold bug trophy and that's all it took...
I had already won all the prizes previously even though I skipped one of the bug offs (that gap in my NM achievements is going to bug me for the next year lol)
I'm a little sad I never properly experienced the event since I've only had limited time to play it on all the other dates, and then it turned out there was no reason to dedicate any time to it when I finally could yesterday hahaha
Does anyone happen to know if I can unlock the stamp I'm missing by travelling to a SH island for its corresponding bug off when the time is right? Or is that locked to my own or only NH islands?

I went on with my SH island to do the bug off and I managed to get the achievement that would equate to March yesterday, so you can mix and match hemisphere dates.

i have all the redeemable prizes for the bug off, and now i have the trophies as well. all in all, i feel accomplished as heck about it - apart from the fact that i need just one more stamp to get the achievement ^^;

I only played the one round last night to get that last Nook Miles stamp! On a slightly different note, I wish that I had known that the points accumulated across different Bug-Off days; otherwise, I wouldn't have grinded for the gold trophy in one go during the first Bug-Off.
