Bring back Pelly and Phyllis

It physically pains me to see Tom Nook and Isabelle no-lifing at Resident Services 24 hours a day. They need to hire Pelly and Phyllis to do 12-hour shifts again. Also it was hilarious to see them run between the two chairs trying to mirror your movements.

I do hope they bring back Pelly and Phyllis... and even Pete in some capacity, though I don't know how they would do that considering they've been replaced by the letter stand at the airport. I enjoyed seeing Pete delivering my mail and chatting with him sometimes, and I especially enjoyed the back story of those three.

On another note, I hope they bring back Copper and Booker too. Some of these characters just seem grandfathered into the game at this point and it seems strange that they're gone. Perhaps in a future update we'll see them again.

I thought I was the only one who cringed when I see them working there, 24 hours a day. It would be great if, when they were on their breaks, they could wander the island!

YES I need them. It's crazy how I didn't care for them too much (I did love the triangle story) but it's not right without them. They could've had a post office on the 2nd floor of the airport or somewhere else, or as you said, at RS. Pete delivering at 9am and 5pm would be nice too instead of just once a day.

Today I learned that Phyllis and Pelly are not in New Horizons, and it's like waking up and finding a note that says your dog has been kidnapped. =(

I do miss Pete the most. I always tried to talk to him when I could and he was always sweet.

I wouldn't even mind if they worked in the same area as Orville and Wilbur. And I do feel sad about Nook and Isabelle, too. Just look at Nook during the Fireworks Show. Why isn't he out having fun, too?

tbh i believe that the left side of the airport is going to be reserved for pelly and phyllis for an easier letter sending service with the ability to personalize letter formats and color.

I concur. I miss them so much, especially Phyllis. Loved her sass.
Would be sweet to see Pete return as well. There's honestly no good reason why they are not on the game. Hopefully they will return soon~

I would love to see an daily announcement made by Phyllis, who just tells you short n' quick while being annoyed as always what you need to know and smacks you an sassy comment at the end in your face. Nothing against Isabelle, but reading for the 1434th time that she found her sock again or what she watched on TV last night gets so stale, you just skips through her dialogue at this point. Overall, I would say Phyllis and Pelly would rock the Resident Service for sure. Also, bring back Pete (and Digby too).

I guess someone needs to be in the RS in case the player wants to do something, hence why Nook stays inside. Although I don't understand why both don't take care of the Firework show and share the work, like one night Isabelle is outside while the other night Nook is out there with Isabelle staying inside the RS...

Even if they didn't bring back Pelly and Phyllis for that, they could easily merge Isabelle and Tom Nook's jobs into one, and just have them do 12 hour shifts.

I agree, I barely use the postcard stand but would be more interested with interacting with the pelicans again
