Today was the third time I did some barista work at the cafe and two villagers I've never seen before (and don't live in Gotham) showed up: Blanche and Barold. Could they possible suitors or they just randomly wanted coffee from me?

Other cafe questions: What is the point of the beans he gives you as payment, he can't just gives bells like a regular boss? I'm going to take them to Reese regardless to get bells. Also, what happens if you let the coffee cool instead of drinking it in front of Brewster? I'm afraid to try.

Not sure about the other questions but as for the customers coming who you've never seen before, as far as I know it's completely random. I've had several different villagers coming from who knows where and ordering coffee.
They never showed up at the campsite or moved in or anything though

Aw, that's too bad. I thought it would be cool to have Blanche move in. I want an ostrich citizen!

I know! The game kind of teases you....look at all these fabulous villagers you really want....well you can't have them ;)
I'm going to try telling Brewster that I'll wait for the coffee to cool later though, so if you don't get an answer before then I'll have one for you!
I'm curious as to what will happen too actually

Most times, you'll get at least one out-of-town guest. It's actually a fun way to check out new villagers. :)

If you tell Brewster you'll let the coffee cool down, he'll act shocked. LOL

I never tried saying got to let the coffee cool - so pleased to hear nothing much happens - in accf it mattered a little bit (you had to drink 7 hot coffees to get offered gyroid storage).

I think getting an out of town visitor is random, sometimes I get one, other times not. No connection with campsite, as far as I can see.

Superb coffee beans - sell for just under 8k in the flea market at R-Tail. One set of Brewster gyroids I put in club LOL - cos it saved storage space elsewhere.

I always like to see non-Toretto villagers how up in The Roost. I don't get out of my town much, so it's good to see new faces. I do wish the beans were useful in some way. I just try to sell them on the forum or in ReTail if no one wants them.

I think if you let the coffee cool, that day won't count towards the number of times you need to drink coffee before being able to work for Brewster. Also, I think the point in Brewster giving you one type of beans or another is for you to know whether you did well or you did horribly.

The beans actually have a nice selling price.

Keep a notebook or excel sheet handy, so you can figure out each villagers favorite way to have their coffee.. They give hints if you talk to them a lot when you find them sitting in the cafe while you're not working, also when working you can figure out what they like/don't like by their reactions, so it's trial and error. The better you do, the higher priced beans you will get.

The villagers who visit don't mean anything, as far as I know. The most I've heard like that is that sometimes the foreign villagers who visit are based on towns you've visited recently. You'll get villagers you don't have very often and sometimes NPCs (like Tom Nook) as well. It's just a way to make the barista work more challenging.

The point of the coffee beans is that you can sell them for bells and you get different qualities depending on how well you did. By the way, if you sell them in the Flea Market, you can get a lot more for them than if you sell them to Reese. The villagers can't decorate their houses with them and they're willing to pay something like 7,999 bells (sometimes more) for superb beans.
