Yeah, it's kind of irritating, but it just lends more to the fact that we need a pollitics/debates sub forum so I can avoid it.

I honestly am not into politics and don't really care. If they make more of them, then they may get a bit stale.

I don't care, if it annoys me I ignore it but it doesn't so I let people do what they want without whining unlike some people.

I'm not sure about threads on here as I avoid them, but in other cases I've seen, political threads, specifically ones where you can share your opinion, (read - most), can easily go past the point of discussing politics in an intellectual and open-minded manner, and turn into a s**t-storm, with people getting offended that someone else doesn't share their opinion.
We seem to be having a load of Politics threads on here, and while I cannot say that they don't belong in places like Brewster's Cafe, for example, as it's an open board where you can post freely, there have been a lot recently, and they're kinda clogging things up IMO. Maybe just one thread?

No, it's annoying that there's been a lot of threads that are pretty much duplicates of each other though, but in general no, politics are current and important, discussion of politics doesn't bother me.

I'm sick of all the fights breaking out because of people feeling the need to go onto an AC forum to speak their opinion on politics. Yes, you can talk about it in Brewster's Cafe, but if you don't post anywhere else, you're probably just here for attention and starting fights.
