Anyone Else Wanting a Bit More From Kicks?

I actually like a lot of his stuff, but I think that he doesn't have enough of it. I want more shoes and more bags. I don't think he needs more socks.

I'm just put off shopping entirely with the whole one item at a time, with the dialogue each time.

Why can't we bulk buy, and why isn't there a mark or something next to the item that lets me know I've already bought it, instead of wasting my time having to search in the stupid app to see what color variations out of the absurd amount there are, that I already have.

Yes, I love Kicks' design and I wish he had more exclusive items than the bags. Or something unorderable like Saharah. No one ever looking for an island with Kicks.

There isn't really much variety in them and I've only bought a few bags from them. Hope they add new selections or maybe expand his store with Ables again.

I agree with many of these comments. He needs more selection, and I would like an addition to able sisters for him. I do like his socks though, I don’t wear shoes lol

I don’t understand why they put a bunch of shoes in the Tailor. Shoes are supposed to be Kicks job. He’s one of favorite npcs so this makes me sad and disappointed.

It makes sense because Kicks only appear once a week. Unlike in NL where he has a shop. I still buy a thing or two when he comes. His mage's booties is my most favorite shoes. I wear it every day and I almost don't care for other shoes anymore, lol! However I do feel the socks should only be sold by him or Able Sisters. It's redundant and wasting space. I wish the bags & purses have more variants. I wanna hold my bags like the villagers!

I wish Kicks merged with the Able Sisters or something and they expanded their shop to add a second floor where Kicks and Label could sell their stuff. That way, there would be fewer traveling merchants and they could make room for future roaming or traveling merchants too, like Katrina, Wendell, etc.

Yes, his selection is usually terrible. I rarely buy anything.

Kick's is pretty useless in New Horizons.

Socks? lots of different ones every day in the Able Sisters. All their colors, too.
Shoes? lots of different ones every day in Able Sisters. All their colors, too.
Bags? ... Kicks are you going to change your name to Baggage now?

I like him as an NPC, but I hate how useless that have made him. =/

They should have given him shop then cause shoes are his job.

I hope they expand what he sells by a lot. Or, I dunno, maybe have him provide some other service. Ooh! They could have him ask you for a pair of shoes that he's going to 'donate' to a charity or something - any shoes you have will be fine. In exchange he'd give you a random bag or a pair of shoes. This might be a good way to get rid of old boots that you turn into Recycled Boots.
Or they could have him offer shoeshines or an item that temporarily increase your run speed (could be useful for catching balloons or dragonflies).

I agree, I want more from him because I feel like his collection is very small. There are a few cool items that I actually wear, but besides those I don't like the rest of his stuff too much and wish he had more to offer

To be honest, not really. He didn't have much to offer in New Leaf either, I was surprised they gave him the backpacks.
