Anyone Else Wanting a Bit More From Kicks?

He rarely has anything i will buy and what makes it even worse for me is he is a character I really want as a resident on my island. Why did he have to be a visitor, I love his look and style

If he had shoes from different places around the world and/or from history, I’d like his wares better. I do like some of the bags (I wish there were more and that I could have them sit on a stall instead of dropping as a whole display piece).

I never was one for clothing, shoes or accessories (slowly am starting to appreciate it more now than I found the joy of dressing up some of my villagers) and have always been more of a furniture person in ACNL.

Looking at Kicks, in spite of his name, I always saw him more of a newspaper delivery skunk. If he sold variations of photos/posters/sculptures of all the villagers even if they’re not on my island, or newspaper/book furniture variations, I’d love that more than socks and shoes.

I'll be honest, when I first spoke to him and I saw that he was selling bags, I though that we were going to be able to carry extra items there.... I do really like some of the shoes he sells, so I do still look forward to his visits.

Kicks really needs to either get an upgrade where he carries twice as much when he's in the plaza, or to just get his own store like in NL. Currently his selection is almost always super poor it seems.

Not only is his selection limited and not all that appealing, BUT he rotates his stock poorly. I've been farming and he happens to be on one of the days I use in the farming process. He doesn't change his variety, I've gotten power boots 2 times, thou different colours, and one time I even had the 2 same type of sock on the same day, different colours. If his stock is going to be so limited the least he can do is have variety each week, not here's power boots from last week but now blue.

I wish he had his own shop already, I really don’t like having to wait for a week and then his stock either has duplicates or something I don’t want. I like Kicks, but I wish he had his own store like NL.

I wish it worked similar to how it did in NL, he could have his own shop like the ables with a little clothing booth and all the sock and shoe color options for sale in one day
That’s my biggest problem honestly, the colors always wrong when he shows up to sell

I really love some of his items (like the emroidered rose shoes and the various purses), but agreed that the selection really needs more diversity. I want about ten times as many purses and shoes! Also, I could really do without the sock selection. Frankly, I almost never have my character wear socks because she's usually in shorts or sandals, and both items look a bit strange with them.

I wished he had more options on backpacks and bags. Some look rather plain and the creators of this name should've stepped up their game on that.

My only gripe with Kicks is the selection he carries. It's too limited.

I usually buy something from him, but it's annoying he only has like 5 items. And that he takes up a NPC spot for the whole day. He should definitely just have a shop, so I guess that's something to hope for in an update.

Think I bought one pair of socks from him ever. I rarely bother even talking to him anymore because of the number of times he had absolutely nothing I wanted. Hope he gets rolled into an Able expansion or something similar in the future.

Yeah, definitely need cuter bags! Haha. And maybe even some hats?? Idk, I feel like he sells the same thing when he comes to my island but it may just be my terrible luck

I used to get excited about his content but now I groan in disappointment. His stuff isn't cute.

His stuff is decent but he needs a bigger selection for sure. Hopefully he'll get his own store soon or merge with someone.

It would be great if they added flippers so we can swim faster, then kicks can sell them.

It would be nice if they would make it so bags carry extra stuff (as they do in real life) and depending on the size of the bag, the more/less items you could carry.

I do. I think he could offer more items. Or maybe even ask if you'd like to have anything special ordered while he's there.

That could be a one a visit kind of system.

I love kick's dialogue and his accent! I do wish he had a bigger role/felt more meaningful as an npc. Just as mabel started a pop up shop in front of resident services and then got her own full sized store, I wish kicks had like a permanent shoe stand/store as well.

they really need to add more backpacks in his shop! ever since ive gotten like most of his items, im just ignoring him everytime he's on my island and it makes me guilty.
