Alright im sick of this why does this keep happening

Why do my cedar sapplings refuse to grow in spaces that they can grow in??
Ive wasted so many bells on these stupid little trees and I just

If you have a lot of other trees or bushes in the area, it can cause them to die. I accidentally chopped down some orange trees the other day and went to replant them only to have them die. Seems it's because I planted so many bushes in the area since I planted the original trees that they won't grow.

Even if there aren't too many bushes where you're trying to plant the trees, I've heard that cedar trees don't grow in certain places. That could be why they keep dying. ;[

I read a little on it and it said something about that
I'll have to go back and check on it more​

not sure if you already knew this but, cedars can only be planted in the northern half of your town

If it's too far south then they won't grow. Also if they're too close to buildings or PWPs, even if there used to be a tree there, it won't grow.

haha, I planted soo many and was horrified the next day when I learned that
