Accidentally TT'ed one of my dream villagers into moving. Need help!!

So when trying to rush a trade out for someone else, I screwed up. My favorite villager, Willow, is moving. I had heard that you can have someone hold onto a villager and bypass the 16 villager cycling rule. I would be willing to pay bells or villagers (Tangy, Cheri, Renee) to have someone help me. Preferably someone willing to time travel.

I'm pretty upset. I got Willow in my old town (before I reset it due to a bad layout) and was excited when she popped up in my town's campsite soon after I built it. If someone could help me out...

EDIT: So some lovely person just PMed me and told me that, as long as it is the same Willow, you can bypass the 16 villager cycle. Would someone be willing to help me out? I can pay in bells (although I don't have a whole lot...) or special furniture sets. I currently have most of the rococo set, all of the ice set and all of the campus set. I have some other Japanese DLC as well that I would be more than happy to let go for free.

I'm also big on giving gifts and helping those who have helped me, either by giving up villagers (if they're looking for dream villagers), getting items or what have you.

Nope, that will move her out for sure, and I'm pretty sure you have to cycle through the 16 villagers either way.

um idk i had a villager move out (ankha) but then i timetraveled a day back and she was still there packing to move so i really dont know

I'm currently at 10 villagers right now, but I'll see if I can try kicking out one of my unwanted villagers.

I can't guarantee that I can kick someone out (been trying to lose Pippy and Wart Jr. for awhile now), but I'll let you know if I free up a spot.

Do you mind explaining how it happened so others don't make the same mistake? Did you not do the two days, but three or four? I'm trying to TT out a villager for a trade, and I'm scared I'll accidently TT out Diana. Dx We're good friends in the game and sometimes I don't even walk past her for the 'bing' because I'm overconfident that she doesnt want to move out. Dx

If you don't find a space soon I can hold onto her for you, I have 2 cycling towns both with spots left and I've been TTing for a long time now so I never lose villagers (unless I mean to send them to the abyss xD).

I would hold her for you free of charge but Im doing a 16 cycle to get merengue back -basically the same situation :c- and after I do that my TT days are over, that would mean it could take a month or two for willow to ask to move xC

Sorry, I'm back. A bit under the weather.

I usually TT day by day and check in with villagers to see if anyone is moving. Instead, I did the 2 forward 2 back method, and I kind of rushed it. It's weird. I talked to Willow, but she didn't once tell me that she was intending to move.
