A...nother? Cycling Question xD

[Panduhh]

I've been cycling for a while now and never have I experienced this problem. No one will move to me town. I've TT'd months, days... I'm stuck on 8 vilalgers! And even with the campsite, I've pestered everyone and they just keep saying "wah I cant leave my old town!" over and over.


Anyone else have this problem or want to tell me how YOU get someone to move in?
I'd appreciate it ^_^

Hm... That's really weird! I've never heard of this!

Did you try adopting from someone else, to see if that kicks your system back into gear?

Is there an invisible house anywhere? Quickly go to your tree, and go through the whole town history... If your game crashes... Then you can't get another villager

They only other thing I can think of is the TC might be inviting villager they have not done the 16 villager cycle for.... but other than that I'm stumped

I'm worried they have a ghost villager plot... If they tried to invite 2 of the same villager to their town then... D:
