Buying a bold Diancie with good IV's (800 TBT)

I'm looking for a Diancie with a Bold nature, and with at least these 2 IV'S at 31 : Sp.Attack and Speed.

The third IV at 31 must not be attack. It can be HP, defense or sp.defense it doesnt matter.

Diancie must be an original one from the japanese event, not a powersaved one !
