Buying a big festive tree (not diy)

hi, i'm not having any luck finding the diy anywhere, those balloons are not spawning in my favor and i need one for harveys photos

so i'm looking to buy just a big festive tree, i can also provide materials if necessary. i can pay around 10 tbt, but this is negotiable, since i'm not sure what the appropriate pricing would be.
