I like oat milk for most things, including drinking on it's own, but soy milk is high up there too. I abandoned almond milk for the most part because of the environmental issues with it, but I'll once in a blue moon get some banana milk that uses almond.

Oh yeah –and coconut milk for any curry and all those places it belongs, like laing and ginataang kalabasa.
