I redeemed the token and purchased raffle ticket but no snowflake raffle ticket is showing in my inventory. Help please?

Is there a reason the snowflake raffle ticket isn't on the inventory page? It only shows up on forum messages.

Try looking at the bottom of your inventory, it's at the bottom of mine. Not sure why though!

It shows on your sidebar that you already have 1 Token (the code is redeemed automatically, you don't need to input anything) so to get the raffle ticket, you just need to go to the shop and buy it. I hope that helps?
