Yes Ive paid some huge prices for tier 1 dreamies ^^ 3 of them were 500tbt ea.

You could try checking the cycling threads in the Villager Trading Plaza too, Tia might pop up there. Good luck finding her!

I charge 150 TBT for tier 2's on my cycling thread, which I think is an average price. :3
Tia can go for more for auctions, but if you're buying her from a cycling thread or something you could possibly get her for 100.
