1 Unread Visitor Message Notification Won't Disappear

I continue to have my Notifications show as 1 even though all of my notifications have been looked at/read - how can I get rid of it?

I haven't had this issue before, I tried clearing my cache in case that helped, but no luck! I'd appreciate any assistance!

Thank you for the advice! This was like over a day ago so I'm not sure which one it was...might have to try deleting all of my recent messages ; o ;
