I feel like everyone needs extensions.
It's fine.
I used a nebula stock and smudge it in a directional flow to imitate fire. I also used a brightness/contrast layer to brighten up parts of it.
For the eyes I like to grab a small soft brush with my desired color and I brush over the eyes. I then set that layer to color dodge.
I think it's because Pikachu was nerfed XD Thunder was OP hahaha!! Pikachu is always my main <3 I just really need to get used to the controls on the 3DS, I'm used to the gamecube controls ; v;

I was actually trying to complete other games such as Hyrule Warriors, MK8, Splatoon, and some 3DS games I didn't get far in so I haven't been playing a lot of Smash. I was just lucky your character movesets were the default ones. I'm not used to playing with customs or fighting opponents with customs. Not knowing what to expect could make matches very interesting.
GGs. That was actually the first time I played Smash since an anime convention last week and it showed on the very first stock with my Dark Pit. lol As for my Mario, he is my 2nd best character next to Yoshi. At that same anime convention I lost to a very good Mario player and I tried using some of those strategies I learned. Good luck to you for the rest of the tournament.
