I really doubt that I would. I generally like the play in real-time, because, although ACNL is a game and all that, I do enjoy realism. The only time I've ever traveled forward in time was when I wanted to have the island open as quickly as possible, both because I was bored and because I wanted to make myself some extra bells. But then I went straight back to the correct date.

If I wont to keep playing the game then yes, but usually after there's nothing left for me to do for that day I just pick up another game.
