I was hardcore trying to breed blue roses, but I gave up since it was so hard. I have decided to just breed purple and pink roses since they aren't so hard. ):

Blue Roses aren't as hard as you think. Just find a private section of beach, one with no villager houses nearby, and one that you've never seen a villager on.

Plant a Purple Rose next to an Orange Rose and water them both. Once they produce a Red Rose, pick it up and keep it separated from all other Red Roses because this is your Hybrid. Once you have two of the Hybrid Red Roses, plant them beside each other and continue to water them every day until they produce your Blue Rose.
