Barring ones that already represent a food (fruits, cakes, etc.), are there certain collectibles that you think would taste a certain way?

I have this visual-taste thing (I wouldn't call it synesthesia, as it's not that vibrant, but more evocative) where when I look at certain things, I get reminded of a certain taste. Feel free to add your own.

Sweetheart Egg - Peeps, Easter edition

Star Fragments - 100% rock candy

Crystals - More rock candy

Sweet Feather, Sweet Balloons - Cotton candy

Fresh Feather - Sprite

White Feather - Vanilla ice cream

Crescent Moon Egg - Like those cotton candy or bubblegum lollipops you see sometimes in Home Depots or Michaels

Star Glow Wand, Galaxy Easter Egg, Disco Easter Egg - Pop Rocks

Heart Glow Wand - Valentine's Day heart lollipops

Rosewater Potions - Blue and red Kool-Aid respectively

Kaleidoclover - Airheads Xtremes

The star fragment collectibles are 100% Konpeito (Japanese star-shaped candy) so of course the star fragment collectibles will taste like these candies.

And all egg collectibles will probably taste like Cadbury Creme egg or another chocolate egg.
