What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

yesterday:
Breakfast: Croissant w/ protein yoghurt 🥐
Lunch: Egg sandwich w/ prunes and grapes 🍳🥪🍇
Dinner: Lentil curry w/ flatbread 🍛🫓
Snack: 3x chocolate truffles and a coffee 🍫:coffee:

today:
Breakfast: oat porridge w/ protein yoghurt, berries, biscoff spread, nutella, peanut butter, and muesli + tea 🍓🫐🥜🫖
Lunch: skip
Dinner: Beef chilli w/ rice and corn on the cob 🍚🌽
Snack: 3x chocolate truffles and a coffee 🍫:coffee:
 
breakfast: a bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee

lunch: kfc chicken + fries and a side of mac and cheese

dinner: Hawaiian bbq chicken with rice + cabbage and mac salad
 
In no particular order throughout my day, I had:

- Taco Bell Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco
- A stuffed hashbrown
- A few graham crackers
 
Breakfast: Oat porridge w/ berries, kvarg, peanut butter, biscoff spread, muesli, and a banana 🫐🍒🥜🍌

Lunch: 1 slice of sourdough toast w/ butter 🍞🧈

Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs in tomato sauce 🍝

Snack: 3x BN biscuits w/ a coffee :coffee:

Dinner: Cheeseburger w/ curly fries. 🍔🍟
Snack: 3x chocolate biscuits w/ an aero mocha coffee :coffee:

Breakfast: Carrot muffin and coffee :coffee:
Lunch: Pizza 🍕 (toppings: pepperoni, pineapple, onion, mushroom) ya'll can fight me on the pineapple it's MY pizza
Dinner: Salad and grape tomatoes 🥗
Treats/Dessert: Chocolate chip cookies 🍪

dinner: rice, steamed eggs, pan fried beef, and cauliflower
late night snack: chips and salsa
 
breakfast: egg and english muffin sandwich, bagel with cream cheese, yogurt drink

Today's breakfast was a small peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. I have the same meal almost every day because I like it. After that, I did some IRL business which went on until about 3 in the afternoon, so lunch was just take-out fast food. Specifically, I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Dinner was rice and rotisserie chicken pieces.
 
Breakfast: ihop. big mistake, it messed up my stomach so bad. 😭

Lunch: just some crackers and water because I was still hurt from breakfast.

Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs with a side salad.
 
breakfast: half of a smores donut (somebody had already eaten the other half...)
lunch: shrimp and egg and rice
dinner: barbecue ribs, corn, and rice
 
Yesterday, I had:

Breakfast: waffles and an egg
Lunch: skipped
Dinner: spaghetti
 
Breakfast: skipped it, unless we count a mug of coffee and three cups of tea. 😅

Lunch: a bagel with cheddar, cucumber, and salmon; red pepper houmous and cucumber sticks.

Dinner: beef, mushroom, and broccoli noodle broth.

Dessert: two slices of homemade lemon and blueberry cake with whipped cream.
 
Today for breakfast I had leftover meal that my mom made last night for dinner (it was a mix of noodles, peas, chicken, carrots I think). For lunch: I had leftover chili. For dinner I’ll probably have the same leftovers I had for breakfast. Normally I skip breakfast and am sleeping through it, but i couldn’t sleep so i got up and ate before trying to go to sleep again.
