Trouble With Design Placement?

I was fooling around with some designs, and I accidentally placed some on the ground! I just can't figure out how to get them off. Can somebody help me? I'd like to make a path with design is probably less expensive, but how do I get them off?

I think she means she paid for a pro-design in Able's or she got someone to make her a path and they charged her for it hence 'Expensive' path.

Or she means "expansive" meaning it takes up too much space and gets in the way?

Yeah, I was thinking expensive as in the number of slots you need for it to look good (the ones with borders would be high cost then).

I'd suggest doing cute 1 design slot patterns than and having a pattern mule.
