Yea, it sounds like a cool idea, but many people have been traumatized by severe weather. It being optional is a good idea.

I personally would love something like that.

wish this was actually a thing bc id love to play hide and seek throughout the museum with my villagers
and in the museum maybe you could hear the wind blowing outside and if you go outside it'd be hard to walk (think the opposite of running in the game and it's that slow crawl that you do when you press and hold a with the net out)
