So I check on Serebii and some Pokemon are supposedly found in 'swarms'..

Weeeelllll what is it? A gang of Pokemon mug me or what?

After you get the national dex, check the TV.
Every now and then, they'll be a report regarding a swarm of x pokemon in route y.
