I can do that 100 TBT with effect. If ONLY lined up then 60 TBT. You don't want any font/f.c/name etc added? If you want a glow added behind them it would be a curved rectangle to give color it would need to be contained in a shape. I can make the villagers glow though I THINK haha XD If so then 130 TBT.
