I have every competitve Pokemon in Smogon, from Ubers to PU, as well as little cup. Most 6IV
The normal Pokemon would cost about 40, shinies about 50
The legends 60, 80 for shinies
Items cost 10 for regulars, 20 for mega/primal stones
Were there any you wanted in particular? Also most are nicknamable
