New to the whole Animal Crossing series.

Hi everyone,

I'm a total newbie with the whole Animal Crossing series. I just bought New Leaf a couple days ago. I've been learning just some of the basics (fishing, catching bugs, etc). If anyone has any tips they can share, it would be appreciated.
