Need help upgrading my train station

I have got some wrapped items at the train station that everyone can take when they come. There are bells, hybrids, furniture, gems, more bells and other things that are wrapped up for each person to take home.

RULES:
1. Stay near train station at all times.
2. Everyone gets ONE gift each time they visit.
3. When you get your gift leave so other people can get their gift.
