Missing HHA evaluation yesterday?

Hello, sorry if this is posted.
yesterday, I didn’t get my happy home academy evaluation. I thought I’d get it today, if it was related to the missing mom items glitch, but I didn’t get it today either.
Is this a known glitch or anyone else know why that happened?

Same thing happened to me today. No happy home academy letter. I’ve been trying to search for reasons as to why but can’t find any.
