What is the deal with Maxis, the creator of the Sim Games (Sim City, The Sims, Spore, etc.) and llamas? They almost always reference them in their games. Especially SC3K and SC2K.
 
It's an inside joke with the creators and developers of the game. The original creator of the Sims loved/loves llamas.
