Is there any site that I can send emails on from my 3DS?

Hey guys, sorry I'm posting this here, but I've been googling for a while and I've gotten nothing. I (foolishly) updated my 3DS a few days ago, and now the site that I usually use for my pictures doesn't work. I've tried two other sites I found and neither one of them worked. I really need this so I can post my AC pictures, I'd be grateful for any help! Thanks!

i don't think there is anything like that, at least that's what i know.
i'd use miiverse instead.
