How to improve my town?

I've seen all these really nice looking towns with hybrids, public works projects and paths all set up nicely. I have paths, but I feel like it's just a mess.

I like my layout, but I feel so overwhelmed by all the cool stuff people do in their towns. If you guys want to, can you go to my dream town and give me some feedback?

I think your problem is that you lack one thing in one place, but have an abundance in another place. I like your attempt to use non-hybrids, but I think you may want to mix in some hybrids, and add some repetition.
