when you make your town, 1 perfect of your native fruit is 100% likely to come up on 1 tree. use that and plant more and more. or, just buy your native perfect fruit from someone.

I ran out of perfect pear trees and another perfect pear spawned on a pear tree. You can't grow non-native perfect fruit trees.
