Villager placement problem

So I've got a problem and idk what to do.
Right now all my villagers are in a line except one who was a void. I gotta get someone to move in to move them out.
I plotted them all when I had paths.
Right now I don't have any patterns down because I've been working on dirth paths (I'm almost to the point of giving up it's so much work and I've been playing less so idk...)
I could repath everything but that's so much work I've done it like three times already. Uhg.
I could let villagers random plot but they might mess things up, I could try to work around it.
IDK what to do really?
Any advice?

I'd probably path all over again, and not remove the paths until I have 10 villagers I like who I won't let go of. A pain in the ass, but villagers in the wrong spot just bug me too much. I can't stand it. I've reset towns three times because of villager placement issues that seemed like they were permanent.

I would path all over again and tt to make them ping to move out. That is a ton of work though.
