Thank you, all who answered. For some reason I had gotten the impression that there was a specific place, like a thread on here, or in the Dream Suite itself. Guess not...

If you chose the "I'll leave it up to you" option you can rate the town that you visit when you finish the visit. But yeah there's no way to leave comments/ratings if you've searched up a specific town
