I kind of want Kyle to move but he constantly visits me and sends me gifts I feel our friendship is too high. How can I lower it so he stops and leaves me alone?

Well, if you want him to move, having a high friendship is a good thing. Villagers will ask to move more often when they are friends with you.

That is a myth lol, not true at all. As long as you don't talk to him for a week, he won't ping you or send letters. Lowering friendship won't make a difference though.
