Do you beat your villagers?

No way. If I hit them by accident I put my tool away. Unless I'm trying to catch a flea from them. I love my villagers too much to beat them.
 
I wouldn't have the heart to. XD Maybe bop them with the toy hammer once if they sold me a fake painting with non-dreamies. With dreamies, I wouldn't dare. I'd feel so awful afterward if they get sad.
 
Noooooo! I get to beat them accidentally with my net, and they make that sad face..no way I could do it on purpose!
 
Not really, no. I love my villagers. Though, if they happen to fall into a pitfall (one of the random ones, I don't set traps) then yes, I get a giggle out of it.
 
When I was a noob at ACNL i beat the crap out of unwanted villagers. :/ Now I dont really do that. They dont deserve a beating.

But sometimes I just trap savannah without making her mad
Just to stare at her for a period of minutes
Because I love her <3
But beside that it's to take out the flea
Hitting them will be just...... no no

Don't feel guilty. No matter how much you hit them, they will still smile. You're the mayor of the town, so you have the right to do whatever you want to them. So keep whacking away and maybe take a few swings with an axe and mix in a few pitfalls.
 
I just bury pitfalls in front of the house of the villager I don't like. :rolleyes:
 
Only the ones i dont like. Although it doesnt seem to do anything, like they wont move out faster or anything. It just makes them mad and sad.

I'd always do this to the villager I want to move out... and then Bruce comes over and says that the unwanted villager is complaining about the pitfalls around their house and he's just scoping the place out just in case LOL

But on topic: I feel bad for even beating the villagers I don't like :C But... sometimes, that's just how much I want them gone. If I hit one of my dreamies by accident though, I freak out and talk to them like a lot afterwards xD
 
Apart from the occasional accidental net hit I try not to, I feel too horrible. Except Agnes, when she was in my town I gave multiple daily beatings and pushed her into every damn pitfall seed I could get my hands on. She deserved it.
