You can be an admin. In answer to your other questions the answer is no. I dont know to much about it and dont want to mess it up.

Unfortunatly you might have to wait a while to join as we have to have the board offline while installing the AIO.

Ok once you join i will put you as a admin until its installed then move you to Review team. Also all groups colors etc are done.
