In answer to Pokeboy's question: I'd say 15 - 25 minutes.
In answer to Bacon Boy's question: I guess some would say its a copy but I dont think there's any forums that have a New Forum of the Week competition. With a bit of hard work and alot of luck it could be as good if not better than most other advertising forums. Not trying to be cocky though.

All i want is for it to say Zeta Ads, another way to advertise with a silver/white or transparent background and any brush effect.

Yay we have a affiliate button and a banner. Both made by Sarah. The JJ you can still make yours and I will use it on either one of the themes. The AIO is good and a proper shop called The Market has been made. The shoutbox has been installed and has its own webpage. Everything is coming along well. I've entered us for a forum of the week competition and we could win if everyone votes. And we already have two affiliates. Distortion World and Everthing Animal Crossing.

You don't need to make him an admin for him to put up the theme and what not. You just need to make him a temporary Theme Manager.

Admin CP > Admin CP Controls > Theme Managers; Add
